Because products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are limited. If you paid but could not access the product due to a technical fault on our side or Instamojo delivery failure, email axioraindia@gmail.com with your product name and Instamojo payment reference within 48 hours of purchase. We will help restore access or, where appropriate, arrange a refund.
When refunds usually do not apply
Change of mind after successful download/access, or expecting a different product category than described, generally does not qualify.
